MongoDB: Privacy Policy

We use MongoDB to store the user ID, including Name, Email Address, and Job Title. This service also houses the data that oogur users enter into the application to build and manage campaign links and UTM parameters. User ID can be deleted upon request. User data entered into oogur, including all links and UTMs, can be exported into a CSV file in the single click of a button.

AWS: Compliance

AWS hosts our application and marketing website.

Google Tag Manager: Privacy Policy

We use GTM to manage the tracking pixels on our website to send better content to you and to help with evaluating your user experience so we can continue to provide a pleasant user experience.

Google Analytics: Privacy Policy. Our Google Analytics user data retention setting is configured to automatically delete visitor data 26 months after the last visit to our website.

This code helps us with analyzing the traffic sources and behavior on our website. We do not maintain any personal information on our users. This tool helps us to understand what our user referring sources, mediums, campaigns, paid keywords, geolocation, search terms, pages viewed, and time spent on our website.

Google Adwords: Privacy Policy

We use Google AdWords to help drive traffic to our website. We do not currently remarket or retarget, but in the future when we do, we will not serve malicious or inappropriate ads.

Hubspot CRM: Privacy Policy

Hubspot CRM helps us with managing our customer contact information. This CRM provides us with information on the contact based on the domain of the email address. We store the customer name, email, company, lead source, and notes from interaction.

Facebook Pixel: Advertising Policy

Occasionally, we use Facebook Ads to promote oogur. We will never send ads that are inappropriate or malicious.

MailChimp Pixel, Forms, and Marketing Automation: Privacy Policy

MailChimp is our marketing automation platform. This application gives us the ability to send emails to those that have signed up for oogur or requested information. The lead forms that are on our website, are connected with MailChimp.

Gravity Forms for Form Collection Management: Details Here

Gravity Forms is the plugin we use to collect inquiries on our website. The information submitted is stored in a database on our server and accessible in our CMS. The forms connect with MailChimp and Hubspot.

WordPress as a CMS and this plugin for GDPR compliance

WordPress helps us manage our website content structure and design. We use plugins named here to manage the user data. We are using a GDPR plugin to allow users to opt out of cookie tracking.

Yoast for SEO: Privacy Information

Yoast helps us write search engine friendly content.

SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you sign up for oogur, as part of the “buying and selling process”, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent? When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Amazon AWS Our store is hosted on AWS. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through AWS’s data storage, databases and the general AWS application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Stripe stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Stripe. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by Stripe, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Stripe requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
